.NET Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build and maintain .NET based systems, new modules, integrations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience as .NET developer (.Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebApi)

Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learning the product, to ensure proper understanding of context, features and functions
  • Producing clear, high-quality, specific, and unambiguous, functional and nonfunctional requirements
  • Providing a high-quality detailed analysis with the customer journey in mind, working through requirements in an agile manner, considering for fitness of purpose, adherence to business objectives, and consistency, challenging positively where appropriate
  • Defining specific and measurable Acceptance Criteria
  • Collecting feedback and defining requirements from all the involved stakeholders
  • Assessing reported defects, non-functional requirements, and other technical debt, triaging severity and prioritizing resolution alongside feature work, to ensure not only that the product always meets established Quality Criteria, but that quality continuously improves
  • Generating documents and other artifacts describing current and future product features and functions
  • Setting priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders against planned objectives, and supporting sprint planning and other preparatory activities, ensuring that the product needs and vision are maintained
  • Coordinating development and defect resolution across multiple teams
  • Advocate for Agile practices to achieve increasingly Agile working

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of working in an Agile environment, ideally in software product development
  • Fast learner – can quickly get up to speed with vast complex solutions and knows how to acquire knowledge, able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment, resilient and self-confident
  • Strong networking, collaboration and influencing skills (role requires a hands-on approach to ensure successful delivery)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and translate that understanding into technical requirements
  • 1 year experience in Product Manager/Product Owner role

Head of decision analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of data analytics;
  • Manage data-driven value-added product development projects (scoring models, automated decisions);
  • Provided support to sales team in advanced value-added product sales process;
  • Key decision-maker in the creation and ownership of our data strategy;
  • Identify patterns in datasets to establish new opportunities for analytic solutions;
  • Communicate effectively and provide expert insights for media on credit risk and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate credit risk analysis and management;
  • Experience in setting credit risk strategies for banks or MFI;
  • Good understanding of credit process and data sources in financial institutions;
  • In-depth understanding of advanced analytics techniques (predictive modelling, segmentation, forecasting etc.) and analytics software/languages (SQL, R, Python);
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to educate teams on how analytics can support them, along with the ability to be assertive in challenging decisions and requests from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as translate operational questions into comprehensive queries and data reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics or a related data analytics field is a strong plus

Data scientist

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building credit, fraud, debt collection, churn & propensity predictive models and products that drive automated lending decisions
  • Building alternative data credit models
  • Data science research projects applying new machine learning techniques
  • Advise on best practices and methods for evaluating and measuring experiments
  • Validation and calibration of existing scoring models
  • Work jointly with IT team to deploy models into production environment
  • Come up with creative ways to find and use data that significantly impact consumer and business financial behavior
  • Assess the potential usefulness and validity of new statistical approaches and data sources
  • Leverage multiple complex data sources such as credit bureau information and other public data sources information at large scale

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics or other quantitative discipline (Bachelors’ degree with significant relevant experience will be considered)
  • 5+ years of experience in fintech/finance applying statistical predictive techniques
  • Expert knowledge in one of the statistical programming languages such as R or Python, and database languages such as SQL
  • Experiences with data extraction, cleaning, analysis and visualization; experience with non-structural data is a plus
  • Experience in leveraging machine learning techniques such Gradient Boosting, Random forest or NeuralNetworks would be a plus
  • Understanding and habitual use of coding best practices / model documentation requirements
  • Self-motivated, impact-oriented, enthusiastic, and a creative thinker

Senior data analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extracting data from sources, aggregating and validating it to provide useful insights using SQL
  • Partnering with stakeholders to help guide and understand their analytical thought process
  • Working with product managers, IT team and other analysts to maintain the consistency and reliability of the data warehouse
  • Developing data visualization products that clearly communicate ideas
  • Building, automating, and owning easy-to-use reports and dashboards to help drive a deeper understanding of performance and trends
  • Collaborate with data scientist and product mangers to build robust data pipelines and models

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree with an emphasis on analytics & statistics such as Econometrics, (Technical/Applied) Mathematics, Economics or a related study
  • SQL and Microsoft Excel guru. Experience in an analytical programming language (Python or R) is a plus
  • Experience building charts and reports in data visualization tools for rich and interactive result presentation – preferably in Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Credit risk analysis and management experience more than 2 years
  • Experience working with large data sets from different sources, statistical analyses and data visualization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent numerical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to look beyond the immediate deliverable, find the real data problem, and solve for it
  • Good understanding of the English language, both verbally and in writing, Russian is a plus
