Whether a company can apply for the “Trusted Employer” certification is determined by strict criteria – publicly available data from state institutions and registers (Registru centras, Sodra, VMI, VDI, VDA, etc.).
EVALUATED CRITERIA
- At least 4 employees.
- The company must have an active business status. Certification is suspended if the company’s status changes.
- Actively operating for at least 2 years.
- Pays competitive salaries. The average salary for at least 6 consecutive months is higher than the regional and industry averages.
- Has no significant debts to Sodra. Long-term or large social security debts are considered.
- Not included in the VDI “Gėdos lenta.” The “Gėdos lenta” includes companies that tolerate non-transparent labor relations.
- No violations of labor law. There are no legal cases concerning unlawful dismissal or other labor relations violations.
- Has a positive credit rating. The company’s financial condition is stable, and its executives have not been associated with bankrupt companies in the last 5 years.
- Positive equity and asset ratio. The company operates with sufficient own funds.
