General Certification Service Rules:

  • It is prohibited to use the “Trusted Employer” (PD) mark owned by UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva” for companies that have not purchased certification services.
  • UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva” has the right to suspend the validity of the certification service in the creditinfo.lt publication if the certified company’s credit information changes and it no longer meets at least one of the criteria specified in the Certification Rules (https://lt.creditinfo.com/patikimas-darbdavys) (such as a decrease in the number of employees, change in company status, an entry in the VDI “Gėdos lenta,” etc.).
  • The order confirmation is considered an email sent to the company’s specified email address.
  • Once the order confirmation is sent to the company, the certification service cannot be canceled, and the certified company is obligated to pay the certification service fee specified in the order confirmation.
  • An invoice for the certification services is sent by the 10th day of the following month to the client’s specified email address, with the invoice date being the last calendar day of the certification service order month.
  • The issued invoice for the certification service must be paid within 10 working days from the invoice receipt date unless otherwise agreed.
  • The certification service is valid for 1 year from the order confirmation date of the certification service.
  • To ensure the implementation of international sanctions, the certification service is not provided (and any granted service is immediately suspended) to legal entities whose owners and/or participants are subject to international financial sanctions. The list of entities subject to international financial sanctions is published at: https://fntt.lrv.lt/lt/tarptautines-finansines-sankcijos/ (Source: Financial Crimes Investigation Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania).
  • The certification service is provided to companies that comply with the requirements set by the Republic of Lithuania for submitting the previous year’s financial and operational reports to the State Enterprise Centre (VĮ Registrų centras).

No certified company is exempt from meeting the certification criteria. Every day, it is checked whether the company complies with the requirements set during the certification process. If non-compliance is found, the certificate is suspended, and the company is reassessed.
